The Stonefront is elevated living in the heart of Tulsa’s historic Brookside district.
This beautifully designed 5-bedroom, 3,200 square foot home was built in late 2022 by LaBella Homes, with ultra-luxe style and finishes throughout. Tulsa designer Karen Rebele of Details and Design Tulsa has added her beautiful touch with furnishings, artwork, and accessories.
The Stonefront's open concept living and kitchen space are perfect for keeping everyone together in one space. The fully equipped chef's kitchen includes Frigidiare Professional appliances, and an abundance of everything you'll need to prepare a perfect family meal. The huge walk-in pantry also features a coffee, tea, and espresso bar and adult beverage station. The living room features a 75" Smart TV, gas fireplace, and an audio system that can be heard throughout the lower level. The dining area has a large table that seats 8 comfortably, and a leaf can be added for expanded elbow room.
The first level also boasts a large, secluded king Primary/Master Suite with stunning bathroom, and large walk-in closet. The large glass-enclosed shower and deep soaking tub provide a spa-like experience.
The first level also features a convertible bedroom/office with Murphy-style queen bed, perfect for beautiful for work privacy/video calls, but comfortable and functional as a bedroom. There's also a printer for guest use.
There's a queen suite on the second level that features its own full bathroom (walk-in shower), and a large walk-in closet. Two additional king bedrooms share a double-vanity bath (shower/tub combo) on the second level.
During spring, summer, and fall, you'll enjoy spending time on the beautifully finished covered patio, dining for 6 (expandable with a dd'l chairs), an audio system, and gas grill.
There is also fully equipped laundry room on the first level with new Samsung washer and dryer, iron/board, and steamer.
The Stonefront features a large game room upstairs with a pool table and 75” TV, plenty of seating and cocktail and pub tables.
The location of The Stonefront couldn't be better. It's centrally located in Tulsa's Brookside district, equidistant from I-44 and the south leg of Tulsa's Inner Dispersal Loop, connecting to Hwy 75, I-244, and The Broken Arrow Expressway.
The garage features ample space for two cars or trucks, and there is driveway parking for four more vehicles. Street parking is also available, but we ask that you be respectful of where you park, and not park cars in front of neighbors' homes.
Upon booking, access to The Stonefront will be provided by a code to use on our SmartLock at the front door. For those who must use the garage, a special garage code will be given upon request.
The city of Tulsa limits the number of overnight guests, and prohibits parties. Please adhere to these guidelines, and discuss any gathering plans with owners in advance.
I offer concierge services for our guests, including recommendations, reservations, additional cleanings, transportation coordination, grocery shopping and other special requests. For celebrity or high-profileguests visiting Tulsa, Ican also provide private security services with uniformed or non-uniformed off-duty police officers.
This home features a whole-home generator, powering the home off the grid in an emergency. If dates are showing available, it's available. There may be a generator surcharge for bookings during power emergencies in Tulsa.
